Your Mission
Our mindset is based on Agile methodology, our ambitions is to help companies to implement the Agile model while adapting it to their process and culture. Within our teams, you will support the leading players in the business and information systems departments in scaling up Agile organizations. As such, UFO2 is looking for an Agile transformation consultant to implement the digital organizations of the future, including culture, new modes of operation between business lines and IT departments, and the tools that constitute the fundamentals of Agile methods.
Your mission will include:
- Diagnosis of Agile project performance,
- The definition of new multimodal operational models of the ISD,
- The formalization of the business case and the trajectory allowing the redeployment of the teams in the new agile model,
- Support for change with our clients’ managers by providing them with our coaching and Agile skills assessment methods.
Your Profile
- General or digital engineering school graduate, you benefit from firsthand experience within a management consulting firm and/or as an IT manager with a key player in the digital economy (e.g.: GAFAM, NATU …):
- You have Agile coaching experience,
- You speak French and English fluently,
- You are a problem solver and at ease with quantitative analyzes,
- You know how to federate groups of different expertise around an innovative vision of IT professions
- You have demonstrated an ability to step back in the face of complex organizational issues
- You are passionate about driving change in digital environments
- Comfortable in human relations and results-oriented, you are dynamic, curious and demonstrate an excellent team spirit. You are also recognized for your outstanding qualities of rigor and pragmatism.
- Versatile, you have a good knowledge of information systems transformation projects.
- You have a very good level of English.
