Lead Cloud Architect

Your Mission

You will actively participate in the construction of the platform based on a public cloud solutions.You will have regular exchanges with all the product teams of the platform and all the teams of the Global Tech & Data Platform.

As such, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Challenge the platform teams on their implementations, whether in build or in run
• Spreading the culture of quality operations, in particular the SRE culture
• Lead the team of architects and cloud ops
• You will be the reference on technical aspects of the Cloud
• Support the technical teams of the domain to architect their solutions and build their roadmaps
• Build cloud architectures to support product hosting (performance, high availability, DRP, financial control, etc.)
• Industrialising the deployment of environments
• Ensure that the products deployed are accessible to all in optimal operating conditions and with the expected level of resilience
• Check and analyse the technical impact of new solutions and their consistency with the existing architecture
• You will be responsible for the implementation of devops practices for infrastructure elements (caas, network, monitoring, alerting, etc.)
• You will manage the CloudOps team that supports the platform’s product teams
• You carry out the technological watch of the services offered by the cloud providers and communicate/share the result

Your Profile

• You capitalize on a solid experience as a Tech lead (Software or Cloud) Architect
• You have an excellent technical knowledge of Cloud environments
• Experience on GCP in CaaS mode (GKE)
• Azure would be a plus
• Knowledge of Datadog, BigQuery, Kubernetes tools
• You master the industrialization of deployments: Github Actions, Terraform
• You know how to design a cloud architecture following the best practices on the 5 domains: performance, security, reliability, cost optimization, operational excellence
• You have already worked in a DevOps culture
• You have a global vision and know how to take a step back to ensure the technical coherence of platforms
• You like to develop interdependence and work in a team
• You are able to use your communication skills to unite and mobilise
• You have already worked in an international context
• You are curious and have good analytical skills
• Fluent English (B2 minimum) is essential
